We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Marketing Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement, lead nurturing, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech platforms, and Email Marketing who enjoy leveraging technology to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build and manage automated customer journeys across multiple channels. You will be responsible for campaign execution, audience segmentation, workflow automation, lead lifecycle management, and performance analysis while ensuring marketing operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle using leading marketing automation platforms.
- Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture journeys, drip sequences, onboarding programs, and customer engagement workflows.
- Manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, personalization, and customer journey orchestration to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align lead management, campaign execution, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and generate actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on emails, landing pages, workflows, subject lines, and campaign content to continuously optimize performance.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and other MarTech tools to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Maintain campaign documentation, automation workflows, data quality, and marketing operations best practices.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, customer consent policies, and data privacy standards.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in marketing automation, customer engagement technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or Digital Marketing Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, Braze, or similar tools.
- Expertise in Email Marketing, campaign automation, customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, lead management, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
- Experience creating automated workflows, audience segmentation strategies, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, campaign reporting, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Basic understanding of HTML for email templates, landing pages, and campaign troubleshooting is an advantage.
