* Monitor and analyze key Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and paid conversion, to identify growth opportunities.
* Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user journeys, onboarding experiences, and conversion funnels.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve user experience and drive data-informed product enhancements.
* Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate research, experimentation, and operational efficiency.
* Discover new user acquisition opportunities through market research and strategic outreach.
* Support cross-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
* Measure and optimize marketing performance to maximize user acquisition and engagement.

Education
Current Master's student, incoming Master's student, or exceptional senior undergraduate preparing for graduate study.
Preferred majors include: Life Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science (with an interest in Life Sciences)
Qualifications
* Strong curiosity and the ability to independently explore new problems and identify growth opportunities.
* Comfortable working with data and using insights to drive decisions.
* Excellent written English communication skills for professional email outreach.
* Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code (CC), or similar coding and research assistants.
* Passion for AI, SaaS, Product-Led Growth (PLG), and the Life Sciences industry.

* Hands-on experience building growth strategies for AI products in the Life Sciences industry.
* Exposure to Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
