Cargo: Líder de cuentas
Como responsable principal del día a día de su equipo, el/la Líder de cuentas es el motor que impulsa la relación entre el cliente y la agencia.
Con una capacidad de escucha aguda a los objetivos y prioridades del cliente, intuyes sus necesidades y trazas un plan de acción acorde. De manera estratégica, creativa y colaborativa, guías al equipo hacia un éxito consistente para el cliente, asegurando un servicio que supera las expectativas. Con experiencia demostrada en tu campo, aportas insights valiosos a tu trabajo con clientes y equipos. Colaboras con el liderazgo del cliente en conversaciones sobre planificación y desarrollo estratégico.
Principales requisitos:
- Periodista con experiencia mínima de 10 años en consultoría en agencias de comunicación.
- Al menos 5 años liderando equipos de trabajo de alto desempeño.
- Experiencia en gestión de crisis y comunicación de cambio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Interés y experiencia en desarrollo de nuevos negocios: elaboración de presupuestos y propuestas comerciales, negociaciones y retención de clientes.
- Pensamiento estratégico y resolución de problemas.
- Persona organizada, con capacidad de planeación y seguimiento de proyectos, atención al detalle, foco en resultados y atención al cliente.
