We are looking for a Master Android Developer to work with us serving one of the major American investment client.
This position requires living in Campinas to work on site every day.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CI&T team to meet the demands of a client in the financial sector.
- Perform agile deployments, ensuring the quality and stability of the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements and bug fixes to improve system performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code to support our applications' ongoing development and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Previous experience working as a Tech Lead;
- Previous experience as an Android Developer using Java and Kotlin;
- Solid experience with Kotlin language and coding conventions.
- Knowledge of dependency injection technique with Dagger or Hilt;
- Knowledge of software architectural patterns like REST, MVVM, MVC, and Clean;
- Experience in unit testing with JUnit and automated UI testing, with Espresso.
- Familiarity with componentization of interface elements and basic knowledge of Material Design.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose for building UI components.
- Experience with code versioning using Git and familiarity with Git Flow working with multiple teams.
- Knowledge/Experience working in a mature CI/CD environment with GitHub Actions;
- Conversational English Level
Nice to have:
- Experience migrating from Java to Kotlin in Android apps.
- Experience migrating from single-module to multi-module architecture.
- Experience supporting QA Engineers with E2E Automation with Appium.
- Feature toggles and trunk-based development experience.
- Desired experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.
