Porsche Singapore is seeking a customer-centric and enthusiastic Intern to support the Marketing team in delivering an exceptional Porsche retail and guest experience. This role combines front-of-house hospitality with retail operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised, and memorable journey reflective of Porsche's premium standards. 

The ideal intern is proactive, service-oriented, and passionate about luxury retail, customer engagement, and brand storytelling. You will play an important role in representing the Porsche brand, supporting daily retail operations, maintaining visual merchandising excellence, and creating meaningful interactions that foster customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.  

• Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and deliver a personalised front-of-house and retail experience that creates a premium and engaging atmosphere. This includes hosting, storytelling, confidently initiating conversations, and actively engaging customers with Porsche products (including Lifestyle merchandising) and brand stories to create memorable experiences that drive satisfaction, repeat visits, and loyalty. 

• Manage daily Porsche Lifestyle retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, point-of-sale transactions, online order collections, product enquiries, and customer assistance, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint. 

• Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal display changes within the retail space, ensuring an attractive, premium presentation that aligns with Porsche's global brand and retail guidelines. 

• Support inventory management, including stock transfers, stock-takes, and ensuring smooth inventory flow. 

• Provide accurate information on Porsche’s products and services, including new cars, pre-owned cars, and Porsche Lifestyle products. 

• Handle all customer queries in a professional and timely manner across all touchpoints (in-person, phone, email, and online chat), and coordinate follow-ups where required. 

• Capture and maintain accurate customer data and interactions in the CRM system. 

• Support the supervisor in store operations, including coordination with vendors and suppliers for maintenance and upkeep. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Retail Management, Marketing, Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 

• Prior experience in retail operations, hospitality, or customer service would be an advantage. 

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a premium, best-in-class customer experience. 

• Strong passion for luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle brands, or premium automotive culture. 

• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and guests. 

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. 

• Responsible, dependable, and demonstrates ownership and accountability in day-to-day responsibilities. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems and digital applications 

• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.  

• Ability to work retail shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
