Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform thorough inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance.
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations of findings and recommendations.
- Ensure every service call is completed with professionalism, quality, and attention to detail.
- Educate homeowners on repair options, system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and maintenance plans.
- Present solutions that genuinely fit the customer's needs and budget.
- Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, expertise, and outstanding service.
- Generate replacement opportunities and referrals through exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Confidence presenting solutions and recommendations.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Work Environment
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces while moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
