Te Taumata is a leadership organisation established by and for Ngāti Whakaue, working across education, te reo Māori, housing development and social wellbeing.

The role 

As Housing Property Coordinator, you'll support the smooth day to day coordination of our housing property portfolio, including tenant communications, maintenance tracking, inspection coordination, contractor follow-up and compliance documentation. You'll work closely with the Housing Property Manager, helping ensure property information is accurate and nothing falls through the cracks. 

What you'll bring 

• Experience in property administration, tenancy coordination or facilities coordination 
• Strong administration, coordination and follow-up skills 
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, SharePoint or Monday.com 
• Good understanding of tenancy, maintenance and compliance requirements 
• Understanding of kaupapa Māori and whānau-centred practice 
• A current full NZ Driver Licence
