Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in a hospice setting? Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in nursing management? If so, AdvisaCare is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.
• Provide leadership in expanding hospice services in the community.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR and TB test certifications.
• Experience in hospice care is preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
