We have current job openings for HHAs– Home Health Aides in the following locations:
- Rockaway
- Wharton
- Morristown
- Morris Plains
- Succasunna
- Parsippany
- Chester
- Florham Park
- East Hanover
- Chatham
- All of Morris, Sussex and Warren County.
We also offer Home Health Aide Certification Classes!
BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work references in any type of field. - "Newly certified welcome"
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- No license? We offer Home Health Aide Certification courses
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Bathing
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
