- Base Pay: $18-$20/hr
- Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours
BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):
- Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work experience, can be outside of healthcare
- Current CNA or HHA certificate of at least 75 hours of nurse led training
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication reminders
