About You:

Nutrafol's Growth Partnerships team is looking for a resourceful, execution-focused contractor to lead the Affiliate channel and provide dedicated support across Influencer and Content Creator work streams. Reporting to the Director, Growth Partnerships, you’ll own the Affiliate channel, keep ShopMy and LTK execution moving day-to-day, and flex into broader coverage on the partnerships team as needed.

This is a 25 hour/week contract role, minimum 7 months through the end of the year, with the possibility of extending into a full-time offer. The ideal candidate is comfortable toggling between channels, moves quickly with last-minute asks from the team, and can ramp independently after an initial training period alongside the outgoing contractor.

About the Team:

Growth Partnerships (formerly Influencer & Content Creator) manages Nutrafol's external creator, influencer, and affiliate relationships across flat fee, commission, paid usage, gifting, and licensing deal types. Affiliate currently sits outside of a formal team, and ShopMy/LTK increasingly blur the line between Influencer and Affiliate as commission-based, performance channels - this role sits right at that intersection.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate — ~10 hrs/week

• Own day-to-day execution of the Affiliate channel
• Manage partner relationships, budget tracking, and reporting for the Affiliate program
• Partner with the Director, Growth Partnerships on channel strategy 
• Send outreach to potential new partners
• Announce Brand launches and promotions to affiliate network

Influencer — ~12.5 hrs/week

• Support ShopMy and LTK execution, including partner vetting, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
• Run all gifting campaigns within LTK
• Place gratis orders for LTK as necessary
• Lean into broader Influencer support as needed 

Content Creator / Paid Usage — ~2.5 hrs/week 

• Provide overflow support for Content Creator and Paid Usage workstreams
• Flex into additional Content Creator responsibilities as scope evolves

Ramp & Training

• Ramp with support from the outgoing contractor on daily workflows before assuming full ownership
• Train closely with the Director, Growth Partnerships during the transition period

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance-based partnership channels
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities across channels
• Strong reporting and analytical skills; comfort with Tableau or ability to ramp quickly
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to operate independently after initial ramp
• Available for a minimum of 25 hrs/week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ShopMy and/or LTK specifically
• Prior experience in DTC, health & wellness, or beauty/wellness affiliate programs
• Familiarity with commission-based and paid-usage deal structures (flat fee, commission, gifting, licensing)
• Experience with Impact affiliate platform
