Growth Partnerships Associate | Acorns
Acorns is seeking a Growth Partnerships Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Earn (marketplace) and Growth partnerships. In this role, you will manage partner relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to launch and update partners, and help bring new growth opportunities to life while supporting Acorns’ mission of making financial wellness accessible to all.
Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
What you will do at Acorns:
Manage the day-to-day operations and account management for Acorns’ Earn (marketplace) partners, serving as a key point of contact
Work cross-functionally to launch new Earn partners and update existing partner offers, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process
Support Growth partnerships by collaborating with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to launch new partners on time and on brand
Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships
Help maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes to keep launches organized and on track
What you will bring to Acorns:
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role, ideally at a consumer or fintech company
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple partners and cross-functional workstreams at once
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams such as Creative, Legal, and Compliance
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems and keeping partner launches moving

Compensation:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $77,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include equity grants, discretionary cash bonuses, and a full range of medical and financial benefits.
