About the Role

As a Graduate Accountant, you’ll build your technical and client service skills while working with an exciting portfolio of creative clients. You’ll receive mentoring and support as you:

• Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, BAS and financial reporting.
• Support client queries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop your skills in taxation, Xero and ATO systems.
• Work collaboratively across White Sky and the broader BlueRock team.
• Manage deadlines, prepare accurate workpapers and identify issues early.

Requirements

About You

You’re studying, or have recently completed, an accounting, commerce or business degree and are keen to begin your accounting career. You’ll bring:

• A willingness to learn and take on feedback.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a client-focused approach.
• An interest in music, entertainment or creative businesses.
• Any previous accounting, bookkeeping, Xero or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential.
