Job Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market plan to drive product and service adoption across target markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships, especially within the Telkomsel ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, agencies, and industry players.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure successful market execution.
• Coordinate and manage marketing activation, campaign execution, and field activities with internal & external stakeholders.
• Present report/take content from the field, as data insights for next action plan and evaluation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize go-to-market initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of GTM programs from planning through implementation and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, or related roles.
• Previous experience working at an agency (brand, media, creative, advertising, or integrated marketing agency) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong networking capabilities with an established network within the telecommunications industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing and accustomed to working extensively in the field, including client visits, partner meetings, events, and business activations.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
