About the Role: 

Olaplex is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Global CRM Coordinator to join our eCommerce team. This role is central to our global communication strategy, focusing on the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns that drive customer retention and brand engagement.

We are looking for a "doer"—someone who finds joy in the details, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is obsessed with flawless execution. You will spend your days in Klaviyo, translating creative concepts into live campaigns that reach millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Manage the complete build, QA, and deployment of global email and SMS campaigns within Klaviyo. You will ensure every link, asset, and segment is perfect before hitting "send" 
• Operational Calendar Management: Maintain the Global CRM business calendar, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment across cross-functional departments 
• Creative Liaison: Support the briefing process for new campaign ideas. You’ll work closely with the Creative team to ensure assets are "best-in-class," technically sound, and delivered on schedule 
• Strategic Support: Assist the broader CRM team with the deployment of strategic initiatives, including A/B testing, segmentation logic, and the onboarding of new platform features 

Who You Are

• Klaviyo Expert: You are proficient in Klaviyo (or a similar enterprise-level ESP) and are comfortable being in the platform "all day, every day" 
• Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in "flawless" work. You have a natural instinct for QA and can spot a broken link or a formatting error from a mile away 
• Relationship-Builder: You enjoy working cross-functionally and know how to shepherd projects through different departments while keeping everyone aligned and motivated 
• Data-Informed: You have a logical, data-driven mindset and understand how small executional changes can impact global retention and engagement metrics 

About You:  

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM, or eCommerce 
• Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar: Attentive, Braze) is a must 
• Experience with Shopify a plus 
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills 
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-growth, fast-paced corporate environment 
• A passion for the beauty industry and the Olaplex mission

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $70,000 - $78,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
