FP&A Analyst

 Location: King of Prussia, PA (Local candidates only)
 Salary: $90,000–$110,000 

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience
• Current or recent FP&A experience in residential home services, skilled trades, or manufacturing (required)
• Must live within commuting distance of King of Prussia, PA
• Must be able to work in our King of Prussia office four days per week
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Position Summary

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you'll support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across a dynamic, multi-location organization.

You'll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to provide insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. What You'll Do

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, labor, and operating expense trends
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business units
• Perform variance analysis and identify business trends
• Develop recommendations to improve financial performance
• Assist with executive presentations and board reporting materials

Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
• Build and maintain financial models
• Perform scenario analysis and long-range planning
• Evaluate business initiatives and capital investments through ROI analysis
• Identify financial risks and opportunities

Business Partnership

• Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve financial performance
• Work with business leaders to understand operational drivers
• Support acquisition integrations and financial reporting
• Help identify cost savings and process improvements across the organization

Systems & Process Improvement

• Enhance reporting tools and financial dashboards
• Improve reporting automation and forecasting processes
• Build sophisticated Excel models to support decision-making
• Utilize financial and operational data to improve reporting accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a private equity-backed organization
• Experience supporting a multi-location business
• ServiceTitan experience
• ERP system experience
• Power BI or Tableau experience
• CPA, CFA, or MBA (or active pursuit) is a plus
