We are looking for an experienced and driven Entertainment & Lifestyle Team Leader to take ownership of content performance and execution within a dynamic digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as division-specific leads, managing day-to-day content production and ensuring content aligns with division objectives.
• Oversee Content Editors and Content Experts within their division to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify content gaps or improvement areas and propose solutions to the Content Manager.
• Monitor KPIs for their division and ensure content meets SEO, branding, and engagement standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to content accuracy, tone and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
• Experience working with KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and content performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
