This position is fully remote for candidates based in the Chicago, IL area, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model.
- Driving revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
- Developing and executing the service line strategy and roadmap
- Identifying opportunities to expand market share, improve conversion, and enhance patient lifetime value
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Finance leaders to optimize the end-to-end patient journey
- Evaluating new offerings, pricing, positioning, and growth initiatives
- Building business cases and investment recommendations backed by data and ROI analysis
- Establishing KPIs and performance measures to track success
- Assessing organizational needs and helping build the team required for future growth
- Own a multi-million-dollar national business with significant growth runway
- Direct visibility to executive leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, CMO, CFO, and Chief Commercial Officer
- Shape strategy and execution across a 130+ center national footprint
- Combine the responsibilities of a General Manager, Brand Leader, and Business Operator in one role
- Influence the future of one of the fastest-growing categories in healthcare and aesthetics
- 10+ years of experience in General Management, Brand Management, Product Management, Service Line Management, or related business leadership roles
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for growth and financial performance
- Experience building and scaling products, services, brands, or business units
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience in consumer, retail, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or other customer-centric industries preferred
- MBA preferred

COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000 + Bonus.

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
