About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative & Socials Lead - Pakistan who knows how to make brands feel relevant, authentic, and impossible to ignore.
You’ll own how US Mobile Pakistan shows up across social and digital platforms - from big creative campaigns and product moments to employee stories, workplace content, and everything that brings our culture to life.
This isn’t a role for someone who only schedules posts. We need a creative thinker, sharp storyteller, and hands-on executor who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, share, and engage with.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, People, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to strengthen both our customer brand and employer brand.
What You'll Own
Lead the creative direction and execution of campaigns across social, digital, and offline channels.
Build a social media strategy that keeps US Mobile Pakistan relevant, consistent, and culturally plugged in.
Create scroll-stopping content around products, campaigns, events, workplace culture, and employee stories.
Turn business goals into creative concepts, strong narratives, and content that delivers results.
Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches, hiring campaigns, internal initiatives, and key brand moments.
Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to make US Mobile Pakistan a place top talent genuinely wants to join.
Maintain a consistent brand voice while keeping the content fresh, human, and platform-native.
Track performance, spot trends, test ideas, and continuously improve what we create.
Manage multiple projects without losing speed, quality, or attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in social media, creative marketing, brand management, content, or employer branding.
A strong portfolio that shows original thinking, great storytelling, and measurable campaign impact.
Excellent copywriting skills and a strong instinct for what makes content engaging.
Deep understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social trends.
Experience with content calendars, campaign execution, analytics, and creative production.
Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, and ideas need to become reality quickly.
A hands-on mindset, you should be equally comfortable shaping the strategy and jumping into execution.
