We are looking for a Concierge Agent to join our Concierge Team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity.

He/she will reports a Head Concierge.

Main duties & responsibilities 

• Warmly welcome guests and proactively offer assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.  Provide comprehensive and insightful recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, cultural events, and hidden gems. 
• Skillfully make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, transportation (taxis, private cars, boats), excursions, spa treatments, and other bespoke services. 
• Maintain an extensive network of contacts with local businesses, vendors, and service providers to secure preferred access and exceptional experiences for guests. 
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, no matter how unique or challenging. 
• Manage guest mail, messages, and packages with care and precision. 
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concierge Agent in a luxury hotel or similar highend hospitality environment; 
• Exceptional knowledge of Portofino, the Ligurian coast, and surrounding areas, including local culture, attractions, and hidden treasures; 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely; 
• A proactive, intuitive, and anticipatory approach to guest service, capable of exceeding expectations consistently;  Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex requests simultaneously; 
• Discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism; 
• Proficiency in Concierge software systems and hotel PMS (HMS) is an advantage; 
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other major international languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic) is highly valued.
