Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides exceptional in-home care services to adult clients throughout the community.

As a Clinical Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while mentoring and developing a team of dedicated nurses.
As a Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality, compliance, and positive patient outcomes
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Participate in the training and development of new nurses
- Coordinate and provide ongoing education and in-service training for field staff
- Collaborate with office leadership to support operational and clinical goals
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Experience working with adult clients required
- Previous home care or home health experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation required
