What will your responsibilities be?

To be successful in this role, you will

• Deliver high-quality care and support services to children and their families.
• Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and manage caseloads effectively.
• Work closely with multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must be

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Care Wales registration.
• Experience in children’s services, particularly in care and support.
• Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
