About Cornerstone Clinical Partners

Cornerstone Clinical Partners is a physician-led medical group focused exclusively on skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. We provide primary care, specialty services, and medical leadership with a clear focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care to medically complex residents while helping reduce avoidable hospitalizations.

We believe experienced clinicians should have real autonomy to practice at the top of their license, supported by strong clinical leadership and efficient operations. Whether you’re a Primary Care Provider, Specialty Clinician, Medical Director, or Attending Physician, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on patient care without the layers of bureaucracy common in larger health systems.

At Cornerstone, we’re building a team of providers who want to deliver excellent care in a defined region, with the support and structure to do it well.
