We are seeking an accomplished Associate Vice President – Business Intelligence (BI) to lead enterprise-wide business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics initiatives that enable strategic decision-making and business growth. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization, combined with strong leadership capabilities to build scalable analytics ecosystems and high-performing BI teams.
As the BI AVP, you will define the organization's reporting strategy, establish enterprise BI standards, and transform complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineering functions to develop scalable reporting frameworks, optimize analytics platforms, and drive a data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence and reporting strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of executive dashboards, operational reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Build scalable reporting frameworks that provide timely, accurate, and actionable business insights.
- Partner with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and analytical opportunities.
- Oversee enterprise data visualization initiatives using modern BI platforms and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Technology teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and accessible data.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives by identifying trends, business opportunities, operational risks, and performance improvement areas.
- Establish reporting governance, data quality standards, documentation, and best practices across the BI function.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Business Intelligence and Data Analytics teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, enabling informed business decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Analytics, including significant leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing enterprise-scale BI and reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, KPI development, performance reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with leading BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting architectures.
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and cross-functional business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
