ABOUT THE COMPANY: 

Wilkins Accountants is a growing UK accountancy firm helping businesses with accounting, bookkeeping, tax and business advice. We're looking for an organised, confident Appointment Setter to engage with prospective clients, nurture enquiries and book qualified appointments for our directors.

Most of your conversations will be with warm leads who have already enquired about our services, although there will also be opportunities to generate new business through targeted outbound outreach.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Your primary responsibility is to turn enquiries into booked appointments.

You'll communicate with prospects via WhatsApp, phone, email and our CRM, ensuring every lead receives prompt, professional follow-up. You'll also assist with light administrative tasks and provide occasional support across the directors' other business interests, including a holiday let business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Appointment Setting

• Respond quickly to warm enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Qualify prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Book appointments into the directors' calendars.
• Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Re-engage dormant leads and nurture prospects over time.

Outbound Prospecting

• Conduct cold outreach to targeted businesses.
• Generate new appointments through structured calling and messaging campaigns.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain a professional and consultative approach.

CRM Management

• Manage all activity within Go High Level CRM.
• Keep notes, tasks and opportunities fully up to date.
• Schedule follow-up reminders and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene.

General Business Support

• Assist with customer enquiries when required.
• Provide administrative support to the directors.
• Support operations for the directors' holiday let business as needed.
• Help with general day-to-day business tasks.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR or Sales Support professional.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong telephone manner with confidence speaking to business owners.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience working within a UK accountancy or bookkeeping firm.
• Experience using Go High Level CRM.
• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping or tax services.
• Experience with WhatsApp sales conversations.
• Experience working UK business hours.
