As an Analytics Engineer at Kaizen Gaming, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven initiatives,  working on the silver and gold layers of our medallion architecture. Your role is integral to enhancing our four core elements: discoverability, security, quality, and data observability.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will:

• Support stakeholders by applying reporting and analysis processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.
• Enhance reporting and analysis processes by automating workflows or simplifying self-service modeling for stakeholders.
• Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, operational solutions that meet our high standards.
• Adopt best practices in data modeling, ensuring data integrity, creating resilient test designs, and developing comprehensive documentation.
• Develop and oversee efficient data transformation pipelines, utilizing ETL/ELT processes.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex SQL code for data manipulation and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in ETL/ELT and Reporting tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling and data warehouse architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Databricks is a plus.
