Help Shape the Future of AI-Powered Learning

MSPS is looking for an AI Learning Success Consultant to join an exciting international AI initiative and help deliver AI-powered learning pilots for leading global brands.

This is much more than a project management role.

You will work closely with clients to transform existing training knowledge into engaging AI learning experiences, coordinate international pilot implementations, and help demonstrate the measurable business impact of AI-powered coaching.

Working alongside our Digital Transformation team, international partners and AI technology providers, you will play a key role in turning innovative ideas into successful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of international AI learning pilot projects from kickoff to final business review.
• Help clients transform fragmented training materials into structured AI coaching journeys and role-play simulations.
• Work with clients and subject matter experts to design engaging learning scenarios that reflect real business situations.
• Guide clients in defining meaningful KPIs and success metrics that will quantify the business impact of each pilot.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, workshops, testing activities and pilot launches.
• Monitor user adoption, engagement and learning performance.
• Analyze pilot results, prepare client presentations and recommend improvements.
• Develop reusable methodologies, templates and best practices to support future AI implementations.

What You'll Do:

• Experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Learning & Development or Consulting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to organize complex projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
• A genuine passion for Artificial Intelligence and its practical business applications.

Experience in one or more of the following will be considered an advantage:

• Corporate learning or training.
• Retail, field sales, consumer engagement or agency environments.
• Digital learning platforms, LMS or AI-powered learning solutions.
• Innovation, digital transformation or pilot project delivery.
