Responsibilities

Priorities will shift from time to time, and you'll be given clear direction on which tasks to focus on at any given moment. 

Source and manage candidate pipelines, including outreach and CV submission via the Qode platform.

Support business development by identifying leads and assisting sales strategies.

Support account management to maintain client relationships and satisfaction.

Contribute to marketing initiatives, including content, social media, and campaigns.

Help organize events to boost brand visibility and talent outreach.

Take on new tasks and responsibilities as the business evolves.

Collaborate across teams, switching context fluidly based on priorities.

Stay current on AI and recruitment trends relevant to your tasks.

Recruitment, sales, account management, or marketing experience in tech/SaaS is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: fresh graduates to 3 years ideally; others welcome with a generalist mindset.
