We’re currently hiring an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across multiple digital channels.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role for an experienced marketing professional who can combine strategy, execution, analytics, and creativity to drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and optimize marketing initiatives that help expand our reach, attract clients, and position Voxidea as a trusted staffing partner for U.S. law firms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or SEO-focused marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital growth strategies.
• Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
• Experience working with WordPress and website optimization.
• Experience with email marketing, automated email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience supporting B2B, staffing, recruitment, or professional services companies is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Growth Marketing & Strategy

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth, lead generation, and market visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, audience targeting, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals.
• Own marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization.

SEO & Website Performance

• Lead SEO efforts to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and online visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO performance, site structure, metadata, and user experience.
• Optimize landing pages and website content to improve engagement and conversions.
• Support AI search visibility strategies to improve presence across emerging AI-driven search platforms.

Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing channels.
• Develop and improve lead generation funnels and conversion tracking processes.
• Build and optimize automated email sequences and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on analytics and ROI.
• Test new marketing approaches and identify scalable growth opportunities.

Content & Brand Positioning

• Oversee the development of SEO-focused and conversion-driven content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all digital channels.
• Support content strategy initiatives that strengthen engagement, visibility, and conversion performance.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track website traffic, campaign metrics, and marketing KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns, website performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Website & Platform Management

• Manage and update WordPress websites following SEO and usability best practices.
• Support ongoing website improvements, integrations, and digital optimizations.
• Ensure digital assets and website content remain accurate, functional, and up to date.

Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in professionals with experience in SEO, website optimization, and AI search visibility strategies that help companies improve their presence across emerging AI-driven search platforms.

Experience developing data-driven marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and measurable business growth is highly valued.
