The role 

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing programs with OEM customers, spanning from early-stage advanced development initiatives to full-scale production programs. You will collaborate closely with the customer to define and manage project plans, ensuring that requirements are seamlessly integrated into the internal development pipeline and delivered on schedule. A deep understanding of the automotive industry and the development of embodied AI systems is essential to effectively guide these programs, identify and report potential risks, and implement a robust change management. Required:

• 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).

As Communications Lead, Japan, you will build Wayve’s presence in one of the world’s most important automotive markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will lead in-market PR and communications while shaping how embodied AI and self-driving technology are introduced to Japan. You’ll work closely with the global comms and marketing teams to localize strategy, support major milestones such as robotaxi launches and automaker partnerships, and build a market presence and brand trust that punches above its weight. This is a rare opportunity to define a category in-market from the ground up.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Wayve’s communications strategy in Japan, with a strong focus on earned media and PR-based storytelling
• Build and manage relationships with Japanese media, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders

The Role 

The Field Engineer is a hands-on technical contributor responsible for diagnosing and resolving vehicle software and hardware issues to keep the fleet operational. They will play a critical role in rapid fault triage, ensuring a 5-minute response time while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Working closely with fellow engineers and global teams, they will contribute to seamless operations through effective communication and problem solving. As part of a newly established function within Fleet Operations, the Field Engineer will help refine processes and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform on-site fault triage and resolution, diagnosing and repairing vehicle software and hardware issues quickly to maintain fleet uptime.
• Follow structured fault diagnosis and repair protocols, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in alignment with operational workflows.
• Collaborate with fellow field engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Respond rapidly to issues, meeting the 5-minute issue response to keep vehicles operational and our teams feeling adequately supported.
• Maintain clear communication with the Field Engineering Lead, providing updates on ongoing repairs and ensuring smooth handovers across geographical locations.
• Participate in on-call rotations, assisting with technical support and issue resolution across multiple regions as part of a 24/7 global support network.

• This role is based on a rota with a shift pattern:
  Monday to Sunday - (must be able to work weekends)
  06:00 - 15:00
  13:00 - 22:00

As we deploy robotaxi services with leading partners, we are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help scale our commercial ecosystem in London and Tokyo. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of autonomy, mobility platforms, and automotive OEMs — focused on enabling safe, scalable L4 deployment.

You will lead day-to-day commercial execution of Wayve’s robotaxi partnerships in your market, working closely with ride-hailing platforms, OEM partners, and cross-functional internal teams to deliver successful pilot launches and fleet scale-up.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across product readiness, operational launch, and commercial scaling.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive commercial execution of robotaxi deployments in London or Tokyo.
