Why this role matters:
We are looking for Software Engineers to work in the Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team where you will be working on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service, with thousands of concurrent users. Your focus will be on developing the platform that directly enables and supports contact centre agents.
Your key responsibilities:
- Contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation by actively caring about the product and its users
- Create a performant, secure, scalable service that our customers will rave about
- Continuously improve and automate the monitoring and deployment of our cloud service
What you'll bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field/ or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening to effectively communicate with technical and non technical people
- 2+ years of relevant experience building Front End Applications
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js / React
- Knowledge about state management, e.g. experience with Pinia for centralized state
- Ability to build real-time applications; understanding of Web Sockets and REST API
Experience we consider a plus:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development
- Knowledge of distributed system including messaging mechanism (Kafka / SNS)
- Experience with setting up and leveraging platform analytics, logging, and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic) to proactively identify and resolve production issues in real-time services.
- Ability to responsibly utilise AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality

Junior Frontend Engineer- Swagger Functional Testing

About the role:
As a Junior Frontend Engineer, you will be working with internal teams around the globe to build one of the world's best solutions for API functional testing. You can look forward to working with our best and brightest engineers, product managers, and UX folks.
- Ensure development in accordance with software engineering and UX best practices, helping to define and champion development standards for the team.
- Single Page Application development using Vue.js and Pinia for state management, along with other cutting-edge frameworks & libraries.
- Drive high engineering standards engaging in peer design and code reviews, grooming sessions, etc.
- Build and maintain robust unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Implement accessible, user-friendly interfaces that meet modern web standards.
- Create and maintain technical and support documentation.
- Collaborate with teams of developers, testers, UX designers, and product managers geographically spread across our different locations.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 1+ years working with web-based technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Vue.js and modern state management solutions (Pinia or similar).
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs.
- Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect UI designs cross-browser (CSS3, pre-processors).
- Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
- English on at least B2 level.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of other frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).
- Knowledge of implementing accessibility (A11y) standards (WCAG, ARIA).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Scala.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications using ReactJS and .NET. You will be responsible for driving technical decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the architectural integrity of our solutions. What will you be doing?

- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack.
- Stay updated with industry trends and proactively introduce improvements.

- 5+ years of experience in web application development with React and .NET (in total).

- Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
