You will design and deploy AI agents and operational solutions that strengthen both IT and business workflows. These agents will be engineered to minimize hallucinations and prioritize security in their models, data handling, and decision-making. You will also build and maintain MCP servers and developer tools that surface actionable data insights and make it easier for teams to act on them. WHAT YOU’LL Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate and improve IT and business workflows while minimizing hallucinations and ensuring reliable outputs.

Implement model validation, monitoring, and fail-safe mechanisms to detect and reduce incorrect or risky agent behavior.

Architect secure data handling pipelines (ingest, storage, access controls, encryption) to protect sensitive information used by models and agents.

Develop and maintain MCP servers and developer tooling that surface actionable insights and make it easy for teams to query, debug, and act on model outputs.

Integrate observability and telemetry (logging, metrics, tracing) for agents and infrastructure to enable rapid incident detection, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Build role-based APIs and interfaces that allow business and engineering teams to safely interact with agents and automated workflows.

Create onboarding, documentation, and training materials to help teams adopt agents and follow best practices for secure, low-risk usage.

Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to define policies, access controls, and approval workflows for model deployment and data use.

Optimize infrastructure cost and reliability through capacity planning, fault tolerance, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for agent behavior and integrations.

Continuously evaluate new model architectures, tooling, and defenses to improve accuracy, reduce bias, and maintain a secure, scalable AI platform.

Define canonical schemas, metadata standards, and classification taxonomies to enable trusted decisions and secure data sharing between IT and business teams.

Create automated metadata pipelines using AI/NLP to extract, normalize, and enrich dataset context (ontology, definitions, sensitivity, lineage), and automate metadata population, semantic matching, and lineage inference for faster cataloging.

Develop AI agents and tooling that summarize dataset health, recommend joins/transformations, infer lineage, and route remediation tasks to owners.

Measure and report on adoption, data health, and governance maturity; iterate standards and tooling based on feedback and telemetry.

Mentor peers and evangelize best practices to raise organizational data maturity and enable reliable AI/analytics at scale.
WHO YOU ARE

- An AI-first practitioner who seeks to use AI to accelerate decisions and amplify impact.
- 5+ years software engineering experience; 2+ years building ML/AI products or agent systems.
- Strong Python skills; familiarity with Slack app development preferred.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector stores.
- Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and model evaluation/validation techniques.
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
- Observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Security and compliance familiarity (IAM, encryption, GDPR/HIPAA awareness).
- An engineer with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).

- An effective communicator who translates technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Preferred skills:
- Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery administration, data access/security modeling, and regulated data classification experience.
- Experience with LangChain, Ray, or agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with semantic metadata/catalog tooling (Dataplex, Looker).
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), chaos testing, and load testing.

What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer for Network Observability to join our Network Observability team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining the monitoring, telemetry, and observability systems that keep CoreWeave’s GPU cloud network operating reliably and at scale. You’ll focus on building solutions that provide real-time insights into network performance, ensuring that issues are detected proactively and resolved quickly.
Your mission? To empower CoreWeave’s network with advanced observability: robust metrics, powerful analytics, and automated alerting—so well-tuned that any anomalies become clear before they ever impact our customers.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain network observability platforms. Use your skills in Python and Golang to create and automate collectors, exporters, and dashboards that provide deep visibility into network health and performance.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering and Platform teams to ingest and unify logs, metrics, and events from a variety of platforms (Arista EOS, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, Nokia SR OS, SR Linux, etc.) into a single observability pipeline.
- Design and implement scalable telemetry solutions using protocols like gNMI, SNMP, and streaming analytics. Ensure advanced alerting and anomaly detection with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.

Minimum Qualifications

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Daily Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining the ML training platform and the bidding infrastructure that evaluates ML models in the production environment.
- Identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing critical, low-level parts of the system.
- Ensuring the reliability and scalability of implementations, and creating performance and correctness tests for new system components.
- Testing and benchmarking open-source Big Data and ML technologies to assess their suitability for the production environment.

About the role:
We're looking for a Principal Data Scientist to own Readdle's company-wide data science roadmap and drive measurable business impact across the organization.
This is a role for a hands-on technical leader with a business mindset — someone who sets methodological standards, prototypes and productionizes predictive and prescriptive systems, and serves as the internal authority on machine learning, autonomous systems, experimentation, causal inference, optimization, and advanced analytics.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Platform, and Analytics to embed data-driven decision-making into how we build and grow.
What you will do:
- Own the Data Science roadmap and its technical architecture across the company, ensuring focus on the highest-leverage opportunities and scalable foundations.
- Hands-on build and productionize DS models end-to-end: from hypothesis → prototype → reliable production systems that optimize the proper business metrics.
- Methodological excellence: create, maintain, ensure adoption, and evolve advanced analytics frameworks and enablement cross-functionally, including:
- experimentation design and analysis
- causal inference and incrementality testing (incl. diff-in-diff, synthetic control, uplift, geo experiments, incrementality, etc.)
- measurement frameworks and proxy metric design
- optimization & prescriptive analytics
- Inference in marketing measurement (incl. MMM and Bayesian measurement where applicable)
- Develop predictive and prescriptive capabilities, including revenue & churn prediction, time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision-optimization systems.
- Define and defend proxy measurements when direct measurement is infeasible; select the right method for the task and clearly articulate assumptions/tradeoffs.
- Partner with Data Platform & Analytics teams to jointly ensure high-quality, well-modeled, accessible SSOT data for data science;
- Act as the technical bridge between Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure data science is embedded in product lifecycle decisions (discovery, rollout, iteration).
- Own & drive standards around DS reproducibility, testing, CI/CD, version control, packaging, documentation, and monitoring.
- Mentor Senior Data Scientists; create learning paths, review work for methodological rigor, and build a culture of technical excellence.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Principal / Staff Data Scientist (or equivalent) delivering cross-functional, company-level impact and setting technical direction.
- Deep expertise in advanced analytics and measurement, including strong proficiency in:
- experimentation and causal inference
- incrementality measurement, optimization / prescriptive analytics
- defining proxy metrics and causal graphs
- Strong track record of building and productionizing ML systems (predictive and/or prescriptive), including:
- time series forecasting and anomaly detection
- causal graphs / structural thinking (when appropriate)
- MMM and/or marketing measurement approaches (as applicable to the business)
- Deep Python expertise plus at least one library in each category:
- ML/DL: (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Statistics: (e.g., statsmodels, SciPy, etc.)
- Causal inference: (e.g., DoWhy, EconML, CausalML, causalimpact, PyWhy)
- Strong engineering and MLOps fundamentals, including experience with:
- Python in production, containers, and distributed computing
- CI/CD, testing, version control, reproducibility best practices
- modern data modeling frameworks (e.g., dbt/dataform), orchestration patterns, and model monitoring
- AI developer productivity tools and strong craftsmanship
- Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication: ability to translate complex methods into clear decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs for senior leaders.
- Ability to operate across ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver outcomes with high standards of rigor.
