This pivotal role drives the design and implementation of high-value features and the foundational Error-Reporting/Backtrace platform. This is a strategic product in the Sauce Labs portfolio, and you will be instrumental in enabling customers to analyze multi-dimensional data and debug at scale to resolve their business-critical production issues. Your solutioning and development expertise in native, low-level systems (Rust, C/C++) will accelerate the evolution of this intricate product with a highly performant custom columnar database. Core Linux backend skills and a DevOps perspective are essential to design and evolve a scalable, maintainable platform. You will collaborate remotely with a global engineering team on new capabilities, enhancing backend performance, reliability, data analysis, and user experience. When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position, reflected in PLN, is: 117,200 - 146,500. The bonus target for this position is 10 % of the applicable base salary, subject to the plan terms and meeting eligibility requirements.

The Macro Middle Office Trade Processing and Position Team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and automation of the systems that process trade executions into position keeping systems. The systems support a wide range of financial products and asset classes including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and credit. The team is global with personnel and service providers located throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a mid or senior-level engineer to develop systems for trade flow processing and life cycle management for our Macro business. This is a hands-on development role focused on automating and simplifying business process, as well as architecting and developing new systems in collaboration with the broader Middle Office team and stakeholders. Specifically, you will work with teams in New York and Warsaw on low latency position keeping systems and data models to serve the Global Macro business.
• Help achieve business goals and priorities set forth by Technology and business leadership by developing, maintaining, and modernizing our trade processing and position keeping platform.
• Deliver solutions that modernize and scale the position keeping platform through technology upgrades, cloud technology adoption, and re-architecting business processes.
WHAT’S REQUIRED
• 3+ years of combined work experience in C# .Net, SQL with strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test driven development etc.
• Familiarity with messaging architectures, caching technologies, streaming and/or transaction processing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financial services industry. Basic understanding of one or more of Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Equities or various derivative products
• Expertise in the software development life cycle (Agile) and software development tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

World of Tanks: HEAT is a cross-platform (PC and consoles) tank MMO shooter currently in development. We're building on the legacy of one of the most successful free-to-play games while creating something fresh for a new generation of players.
About the Team
Our teams own and develop core gameplay systems that define the player’s experience in battle, including hero abilities, agent creation, combat mechanics, and game modes. We build the systems that make moment-to-moment gameplay engaging, responsive, and strategically deep. From designing unique hero kits to implementing new gameplay loops and modes, we shape how players interact with the game at its core.
A team consists of game mode and hero designers, UX designers, C++ and UI developers, and QAs, working together to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences. The Fleet Reliability Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, management, and uptime of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of server nodes. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is on the front line for configuration, updates, and remote troubleshooting of our highest-tier supercomputing clusters and their networking, delivery platforms, and tool dependencies. You will be in a daily battle with the forces of entropy to maximize the number of nodes CoreWeave can deliver to customers.
About the role:
You will help drive batches of server nodes through our provisioning and validation processes while efficiently and effectively troubleshooting node or cluster problems as they arise. This role involves configuring and maintaining large-scale, high-performance supercomputing clusters running state-of-the-art GPUs. You will work two shifts from 7 am to 9 pm and participate in on-call rotations, which include after-hours and weekend work. Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our US Headquarters for up to 2 weeks within their first month of employment.
