About This Job
The Lead Housekeeper assists the department managers in leading and developing a team of housekeepers through coaching, performance management, and optimizing daily operations to meet productivity and quality standards. You'll assist with scheduling, and fostering a collaborative work environment while participating in hands-on cleaning and inspections to maintain our high standards.

VIP is seeking an ambitious, hands-on professional to join us as our Facilities Manager. This is a unique role designed for someone who has mastered the technical "how-to" of building maintenance. You will work side-by-side with our current Facilities Manager to learn our infrastructure and vendor management. Upon successful completion of this mentorship period, you will be prepared to step into the lead Facilities Manager role, where you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day physical operations of our office headquarters in Colchester, VT. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment by managing building systems, vendor relationships, and large-scale maintenance projects.
