Do you like to clean? Does a sparkling home make you smile? We’d love to have you join our housekeeping team this season! We’re looking for hard working individuals to professionally clean our vacation home properties and ensure our guests arrive to a welcoming environment that’s clean and fully stocked with everything they need for a memorable vacation.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 04/26/2026 and work through end of season on or around 11/7/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
Compensation
- Piece rate (ranging between $36 and $225 per unit; average of $81 per unit)
- $22 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.

Essential Job Functions
- Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
- Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
- Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
- Collect and remove trash and debris.
- Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
- Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.
- Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
- Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.

- Complete maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, traveling between multiple worksites each day within the assigned market.

This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 05/10/2026 and work through end of season on or around 11/7/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
Compensation
- Piece rate (ranging between $36 and $325 per unit; average of $90 per unit)
- $22 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.

Essential Job Functions
- Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
- Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
- Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
- Collect and remove trash and debris.
- Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
- Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.
- Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
- Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.

- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.
- We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region market dependent.
- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

The Pool Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining our pools and spas, ensuring they are in proper working order and ready for guests.
This job serves our Dover, VT homes / market.
Compensation

Essential Job Functions
- Clean and maintain pools and spas to ensure each are clean and in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate logs of all testing for inspection as required.
- Add the proper chemicals as needed.
- Responsible for keeping the decks clean, safe and free of hard water build up.
- Ensure chemical room is up to code and stocked
- Maintain daily water quality according to SCDHEC standards
- Maintain a washing schedule for all pool decks and deck furniture
- Address all issues or concerns related to pools/spa in prompt, efficient manner.
- Other custodial or maintenance duties as required.
- Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of pools and spas.
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in cleaning and maintaining pools/spas.
- Must be CPO certified.
- Knowledge of TELEDYNE, LAARS, or similar pool/spa heaters preferred.
- Knowledge of pool operations and pool chemicals is a must.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals in English.
- Ability to write reports and use tracking systems.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal additional guidance and supervision.

How You'll Make an Impact:
