What will you do?

• Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and company's  Marketing centre of expertise, ensuring smooth coordination and shared understanding of product goals, messaging priorities, and upcoming milestones.
• Translate product objectives into clear marketing goals and deliverables, managing communication flow and ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and results.
• Partner with Marketing team to co-develop data-driven marketing and acquisition strategies that best support the product vision.
• Own the product marketing roadmap, defining key priorities and ensuring coherent execution across all marketing channels.
• Oversee and optimize the product marketing budget, aligning investments with key business outcomes such as brand awareness, engagement, and player acquisition.
• Analyze and present campaign and performance KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both product and marketing teams.
• Build a strong partnership with internal departments and functions e.g. community, legal, art, performance, advertisement and influencer outreach teams.
• Act as the brand steward for World of Tanks, ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect the product positioning and long-term brand goals.

What will you do?

• Concept Development: Create innovative and functional designs high-quality assets for games, including vehicle design, skins, immersive environments, engaging character designs, UI elements that enhance gameplay and fit seamlessly with the game's mechanics and player experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, Producer, and cross-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Animation, etc.) to ensure alignment across all aspects of the game development process.
• Creative Ownership: Take full ownership of your work, with minimal guidance and a strong attention to detail.
• Iteration and Revision: iterate on concept designs based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary revisions to enhance aesthetics, functionality, and alignment with project.
• Problem Solving: Identify design challenges quickly and propose creative, practical solutions during art reviews, pitches, and collaborative meetings.
• Continuous Development: Contribute through hands-on mentorship to concept artists, supporting their skill growth and the ongoing improvement of workflows.
• Action: Proactively seek and incorporate feedback, turning stakeholder insights into stronger outcomes.

What will you do?

• Environment Design: create concept art for game environments, mostly exteriors, to enhance player exploration and engagement

• Prop and Object Design: generate concept art for props, objects, and interactive elements within the game world, adding detail and depth to the overall environment and gameplay experience

• UI/UX Design: collaborate with the UI/UX team to design backgrounds for user interfaces

• Marketing Materials: produce concept art for marketing materials, including key art, promotional images, and visual assets used in trailers and advertisements, to attract and engage players

• Storyboarding: assist in the creation of storyboards and visual sequences to visualize narrative elements, cutscenes, and gameplay scenarios, aiding in communication and planning

• Iteration and Revision: iterate on concept designs based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary revisions to enhance aesthetics, functionality, and alignment with project goals
