As a Sr. Fullstack Engineer on the IRS Vietnam team, you will own features across the entire stack — from React-based UI to GraphQL APIs and Go microservices — and contribute directly to expanding Axon Records to international law enforcement agencies in the US, Australia, and the UK. You will help shape how the platform handles complex, country-specific reporting requirements at scale.

This is a high-impact role with opportunities for technical leadership and cross-team influence.

Work Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh Office and follows a hybrid schedule. What You'll Work On

• International NIBRS (US/CA/AU/UK) — Build and generalize OOTB spec generation pipelines to support crime reporting standards for US, CA, AU and UK agencies
• Form Builder — Extend the form validation engine to support country/state-specific rules, enabling international agency onboarding
• Localization & i18n — Localize Activity Logs, Notifications, and Workflows for international deployments
• Schema Store (Schemastorus) — Contribute to the schema registry that powers form validation and spec management across the platform
• API Gateway (Hermes) — Build and maintain the GraphQL API layer connecting React frontends to Go microservices via gRPC

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications across the full stack
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js or Go
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client and/or Apollo Server)
• Experience with gRPC and microservices architecture
• Experience scaling systems with Kubernetes and Docker

The Position

• Join the infrastructure team behind MDaaS — a real-time malware scanning platform handling 30M+ requests/day, built on AWS, Kubernetes, and event streaming.

• You'll work in an agile scrum team, owning infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Security and compliance are first-class requirements, not afterthoughts.

What You Will be Doing

• Deploy and maintain workloads on EKS via ArgoCD — review GitOps PRs, handle sync failures, approve image updates

• Write and update Helm charts / Kustomize overlays across dev / staging / prod

• Triage alerts from Prometheus / Grafana / Coralogix — root cause analysis, resolve or escalate

• Review and apply Terraform changes — plan, validate, and merge infra PRs (EKS, MSK, ALB, IAM)

We are in search of a Security Engineer to join their vibrant team, where you will play a crucial role in pinpointing risks across the organisation. Collaborating with each team, you will focus on identifying, alerting, mitigating, and preventing risks. What you’ll be doing:

• Architecting, implementing, and managing comprehensive security solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Information Security (InfoSec) skills, with proven experience in application security or a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience of developing, engineering, or architecting within a public cloud environment.
• Experience with engineering, using infrastructure-as-code (such as Terraform and Ansible).
• Experience with performing threat modelling exercises or a very good understanding of the methodology and ability to assess a project's risk.
• Understanding of container and DevSecOps concepts (we use DefectDojo) with CI/CD experience.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading platforms.

Bonus Points:

• Professional certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CDP & CMTP.
• Experience with IT security frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

We need a Data & Cloud Engineer to manage and optimize our data solutions within the cloud environment. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining data systems that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. 

In this role, you will: 

• Design and implement data architectures on cloud platforms, primarily AWS. 
• Manage data lifecycle, from ingestion to archiving, ensuring data integrity and compliance. 
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for cost-efficiency and performance. 
• Work with other engineers to integrate cloud solutions into the broader system architecture. 
• Automate deployment and management of infrastructure using tools like Terraform. 
• Monitor system health, performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement. 

You might thrive in this role if you have: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud technologies. 
• Proficiency in Solidity to integrate and work with smart contract and DeFi data systems.
• Proficiency in AWS services related to data management (e.g., S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB).
