About the Role
The CTO Intelligence Hub is OPSWAT’s internal data platform; a fleet of 20+ containerised applications running on AWS EC2 that deliver AI adoption analytics, financial intelligence, customer health scoring, sales leaderboards, and content generation to OPSWAT leadership and 590+ engineers worldwide. You will own the infrastructure layer that keeps this platform reliable, secure, and scalable.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You will be the sole infrastructure owner on day one, working closely with the CTO and one AI Platform Architect to operationalise and evolve the system.

The Position:
At OPSWAT, we build user-centric products to safeguard global critical infrastructure from cyber threats. We're at the forefront of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) solutions and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Product Marketing Creative Team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer capable of leading and evolving our creative marketing efforts across a diverse product portfolio. You will embody the brand, build a consistent and cohesive visual identity tailored to specific personas, and apply rigorous attention to detail. A deep understanding of style guides, spatial relationships, visual hierarchy, motion design, color theory, typography, design systems, responsive layouts, visual frameworks, and component libraries is essential.
This role will report to a regional Creative Leader, and will work closely with brand design, product design, web design, and other corporate functions to execute projects from concept to completion. In this fast-paced environment, you must be capable of juggling multiple projects, maintaining various schedules, and working with a global team spread across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Your ultimate goal is to produce best-in-class, award-level design work that drives leads.

Leading the transformation – as well as the operations - of TCCC’s social media work in Vietnam & Cambodia (VN & KH) market. This is an opportunity work with ambitious clients and on some of the world’s greatest brands. The social & influence lead is a hybrid role, equal parts account management (client relations), strategy and operations. It needs somebody that can see the bigger picture and craft a compelling narrative internally and with the client, but that can also go deep – handling several fiddley tasks, as is often the case with social.
What You’ll Do
1. Management
• Lead the in-market social team (Social Specialists & Data Analyst), overseeing workload, timelines and budget.
• Manage the team’s operations and finances, ensuring that the work is delivered on time and according to scope.
2. Channel & Community Oversight
• Have a strong understanding of brands – how big ideas and distinctive brand assets work and are critical for building a social brand
• Guide community management and platform strategies to maintain a unified brand voice and rapid response across all social channels.
• Understand the intricacies of social listening and community management and guide junior team members in delivery of these tasks
3. Insights & Reporting
• Serve as key liaison for regional social clients, being a convincing expert when it comes to social & influence, social listening & engagement efforts, ensuring both quality and consistency. • Own the social dashboard and reports, turning raw listening data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and evolve dashboards that track engagement, sentiment, and other KPIs.
4. Toolkit Implementation
• Act as primary contact for TCCC’s social toolkits—training Brand Integrators, tracking adoption and gathering feedback for improvements.
• Having a point of view on social creative, including a strong sense of what is good social that makes the most of recent cultural trends and platform features
What You’ll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
• 6-7 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in large global brands
• Strong English skill, especially proven ability to speak, write and listen to English
• Proven ability to translate global social blueprints into high-impact local campaigns
• Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external agencies
• Data-driven thinker with expertise in performance tracking, analytics, and insight activation
