As our Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand of the Head Chef and the steady heartbeat of the kitchen. You’ll help lead a team that thrives on rhythm, flavour and teamwork, turning fresh ingredients into plates guests can’t stop talking about. You’ll coach junior chefs, keep service flowing, and bring structure to the constant dance of prep, cooking and plating. You’ll help shape menus, keep standards sharp and make sure every dish that leaves the pass feels intentional. Your section won’t just run smoothly, it will set the tone for the rest of the kitchen.

What You’ll Do 

• Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations 
• Cook and plate dishes that hit our standards every time 
• Guide and mentor junior chefs during prep and service 
• Help plan mise-en-place and coordinate smooth service flow 
• Contribute ideas for new menu items, specials and seasonal updates 
• Manage stock rotation, complete inventory checks and reduce waste 
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organized across all areas 
• Support events, promotions and communication between shifts 

What You’ll Have 

• You have at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up 
• You bring solid experience with fresh, seasonal cooking and modern flavours 
• You have confidence leading a team and running a shift 
• You’re comfortable with digital tools for recipes, checklists or HACCP systems 
• You bring creativity, curiosity and a mindset that embraces sustainable cooking 
• You work clean, stay organized and understand the impact of cost control 
• You speak English and German. Any other languages are a plus!

As our new Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own corner of the kitchen and turn it into a place where great food happens every day. You’ll prep, cook and plate dishes that make our guests smile, keeping flavours sharp and presentations clean. You’ll work side by side with a tight-knit crew of chefs who love good food, good energy and good teamwork. Your section will be your playground, and you’ll keep it running like a dream from mise-en-place to the last ticket.

What You’ll Do 

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service 
• Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste, temperature and presentation 
• Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized 
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service 
• Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady 
• Manage stock in your section, rotate products and cut down waste 
• Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks 
• Bring your A-game for special events, menus and seasonal updates 

What You’ll Have 

• You have experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step 
• You bring confidence running your own section during busy services 
• You have a love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace 
• You have basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs 
• You bring a calm, organized way of working and solid time management 
• You have a positive, supportive attitude and enjoy being part of a close kitchen team 
• You speak English and German, any other languages is a plus
