What You’ll Do What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP technical components ERP technical components, interfaces, and integrations. 
• Take ownership of data migration processes data migration processes from Infor to SAP. 
• Build efficient, scalable, and maintainable code that ensures smooth ERP operations. 
• Collaborate closely with technical peers and architects — no functional consultancy work no functional consultancy work. 
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to guarantee high-quality delivery. 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a technical ERP developer (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar). 
• Solid programming skills (ABAP, Java, .NET, SQL, or related technologies). Understanding of data models, integrations, and migration concepts (ETL, APIs, BAPI, IDoc). 
• Strong English communication skills to work effectively with an international team. 
• Willingness to work in a hybrid from any of our offices in Alcobendas, Logroño, Barcelona, Valencia, or Seville. 
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and ERP environments. 

Extra Points For 

• Hands-on experience with ERP migrations or upgrades. 
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. It's a critical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and infrastructure, thinks strategically, and is passionate about designing clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that directly enhance the user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality to ship things like faster loading and more intelligent parsing by designing more efficient abstractions and improving our algorithms
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin
