Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.
Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

We are seeking a Middle/Senior QA Automation Engineer to contribute to the development and quality assurance of a newly launched, multi-brand Sportsbook platform. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-concurrency environment, addressing the unique challenges associated with real-time data processing and rapid system scaling. The successful candidate will work alongside a highly experienced team of senior engineers and architects, taking direct ownership of the quality and reliability of key services.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔ Build scalable test automation projects from scratch and extend existing frameworks using the .NET stack.
✔ Develop and execute comprehensive test suites covering UI, API and Integration layers.
✔ Validate complex data structures and backend logic via the relational and non-relational databases.
✔ Conduct manual testing when necessary.
✔ Proactively utilize and build AI-driven tools (MCP-Servers, Agents) to optimize the testing lifecycle.
✅ Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation.
✔ Upper-intermediate level of English (B2) for effective team communication.
✔ Experience in building and maintaining test Automation Projects in C#/.NET.
✔ Proficiency in modern UI automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
✔ Advanced API test automation skills.
✔ Understanding of HTTP protocols, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
✔ Experience with non-relational Databases. Writing complex aggregation pipelines.
✔ Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
✅ Nice to Have:
✔ Experience with CI/CD pipeline configuration (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
✔ Knowledge of performance and load testing principles.

As our Principal Engineer Product Security , you’ll support the Engineering team by solving challenging technical problems for an ambitious product and enabling teams to "shift left" to build secure services on multi-cloud infrastructure.
You will:
Formulate, evangelise, and drive adoption of the product security strategy
Assess, advise on, and increase the security maturity posture
Create a standardised security architecture and operational best practices
Help track and drive remediation of security and technology risks
Educate product teams on risk assessments, threat modelling, and building secure api-first applications
Review requirements and designs to help product teams address shortcomings
Embed security tooling into the development process
Contribute to the review of external penetration tests and help teams prioritise fixes
Collaborate with product teams to improve overall security and resolve specific issues
Facilitate or lead customer conversations regarding product security
Triage and investigate new attack vectors to determine risk mitigation
Drive security and quality initiatives across the organization and support certification audits
Collaborate with Product Management, Principal Engineers, and legal/compliance teams
Identify skills gaps and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization
This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our Berlin, London or Valencia office.

Experience with Secure Architecture design reviews and Threat Modeling
Experience infusing security into various levels of the SDLC

Sound knowledge of Linux systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault, API, and web application security
Practical experience in DevSecOps and proficiency in at least one scripting language like JavaScript or Go
Project management experience for projects affecting multiple teams

We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to own the strategy and execution of our hybrid infrastructure. This role is perfect for a leader who understands the "full stack" of infrastructure—from physical data centers to managed cloud services—and can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business goals.
