Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
In Games and Publishing Analytics, we work with some of the most legendary studios in the world, supporting teams behind PlayStation franchises such as Uncharted, The Last of Us, Ghost of Yotei, God of War, and Helldivers 2. We provide end-to-end analytics for PlayStation Studios, helping teams understand players, evaluate game systems, and make data-informed decisions from early development through launch.
We're looking for a Senior Game Data Analyst who brings strong analytical fundamentals, game curiosity, and the judgment to turn messy questions into practical insight.
As a Senior Game Data Analyst, you'll partner with game teams and publishing stakeholders to answer complex questions about player behavior, feature performance, commercial outcomes, and long-term game health.
You will:
Lead analysis across player behavior, feature and content performance, monetization, and overall game health.
Turn ambiguous design, product, and publishing questions into clear analytical plans and recommendations.
Develop proxy metrics for player-experience goals such as pacing, challenge, friction, agency, and build diversity.
Combine telemetry, playtests, surveys, sentiment, and product context to evaluate whether features are landing as intended.
Apply judgment to imperfect evidence, including small samples, pre-launch tests, incomplete telemetry, noisy signals, and bias.
Support commercial questions around launch, acquisition, segmentation, campaigns, and franchise health.
Build dashboards and analytical frameworks that support consistent decision-making.
Communicate insights clearly across design, product, publishing, research, engineering, data science, and leadership.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large behavioral datasets, especially event-level gameplay data.
Strong exploratory analysis skills and the ability to turn raw gameplay data into clear insight.
Experience analyzing player behavior and game systems, including progression, combat, economy, difficulty, matchmaking, feature adoption, engagement, retention, or segmentation.
Experience partnering directly with designers, producers, product managers, researchers, engineers, or game leadership.
Ability to distinguish between similar-looking behavioral signals, such as challenge versus frustration, friction versus intentional difficulty, novelty versus durable engagement, or confusion versus experimentation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain what the data supports, what remains uncertain, and what teams should do next.
A background in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or another applied quantitative discipline.
4+ years of analytics experience in the games industry, ideally supporting game development, live operations, player behavior analysis, feature evaluation, or gameplay systems.
2+ years of experience working on a shipped game, live service game, or game team operating through rapid development cycles such as playtests, launch, live events, or content releases.
Familiarity with the realities of game development, including changing priorities, incomplete information, telemetry gaps, cross-functional dependencies, and decisions that cannot wait for perfect data.
Experience with Python, R, or statistical tooling for experimentation, causal inference, metric validation, forecasting, or behavioral modeling.
Experience with Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or another BI tool with a semantic layer.
Familiarity with Git or other reproducible analysis workflows.
Experience across live service or games with complex progression, economy, combat, content, or social systems.
Familiarity with publishing or commercial analytics, including acquisition, launch performance, campaign impact, monetization, forecasting, or franchise health.

Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Product Design Manager to lead design for our North American Sports (NAS) experience: defining the NAS design strategy, building a high-performing team, and shipping work that changes how elite sports organisations operate. You’ll set the vision, own experience quality, partner with Product and Engineering to shape a 12-18 month roadmap, and embrace AI at every step of the design process.
Define and own the NAS design strategy
Set the experience vision for North American Sports. Identify where products should converge into shared workflows and where they need to stay specialised, grounded in deep customer understanding, business outcomes, and a 12-18 month roadmap.
Be relentlessly customer-obsessed
Build a culture of customer obsession across your team and your build partners. Ensure design decisions trace back to a real user need - whether that’s the analyst reviewing video all day, the scout evaluating 200 prospects a week, or the coach who needs answers in the moment.
Own cross-product experience quality
Own the end-to-end experience across video analysis, performance, scouting, and recruiting tools. Use Hudl’s UXQ Heuristics as a shared quality language in critiques, reviews, and quality checks. Reduce friction and context-switching while championing consistency through the Uniform design system.
Embed AI into how your team works
Lean into AI to accelerate research synthesis, generate and test prototypes faster, run design QA checks, and explore more of the solution space. Help your designers build confidence with AI-enabled workflows and push the team to stay at the frontier of what’s possible.
Be a player-coach
Manage and develop a small team of designers through hands-on leadership. Set clear expectations around craft, platform-first thinking, and data-informed decision-making. Build individual development plans around UX competencies and create an environment where designers do the best work of their careers.
Build strong partnerships
Design doesn’t ship alone. Build deep, trust-based partnerships with your Product, Engineering, Scrum, and Quality counterparts.
Bring clarity to complexity
Guide teams through ambiguous, multi-product workflows by asking the right questions, leveraging insights, and balancing simplification with elite-level customisation.
Drive strategic alignment
Operate at the segment level to ensure consistency across squads, align roadmaps 12-18 months out, and steward cohesive experiences.
Take full ownership of outcomes
Own experience quality and impact across your space, grounding work in business results, customer satisfaction, and learning velocity.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Customer-obsessed
You don’t just advocate for users - you build a practice around understanding them deeply, and you hold your team and build partners to that standard.
Strategic design leader
You connect design work to business, platform, and company goals - not just user needs in isolation.
Proven player-coach
You have experience managing designers, developing talent, and leading by example when the work demands it.
Deeply curious about professional sport
You understand (or are hungry to learn) the world of professional and college sports - the pressure, the workflows, and what it means to design for analysts, coaches, scouts, and decision-makers.
Systems thinker
You have a platform-first mindset and experience driving consistency through design systems.
Data-informed and research-grounded
You translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design direction and can articulate why a decision was made.
Clear communicator
You tell compelling stories, build alignment across disciplines, and can hold the room in a strategy review.
Comfortable with complexity
You’ve designed for expert users, enterprise systems, or multi-product experiences and know how to balance power with usability.
Quality-driven
You have experience using heuristic frameworks to evaluate and raise the bar on experience quality, alongside strong accessibility and critique practices.
AI-forward
You have started to use AI to accelerate your own design work and are excited to help a team adopt AI-augmented workflows across research, prototyping, and QA.
Strong portfolio
You can show end-to-end UX work across complex or multi-product experiences.
In your first year, you’ll have:
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to become the first analytics hire in Capacity Management and build a data-driven foundation for how we plan and operate infrastructure.
Today, many critical decisions rely on expert judgment. Your mission is to change that - by introducing clear metrics, reliable observability, and forward-looking models that guide decisions across engineering, product, and business.
You will work directly with the Head of Capacity Management and operate with high autonomy across the entire capacity domain.
Build observability into capacity
Define and own key metrics for availability, utilization, and capacity health
Build dashboards that reflect the real state of the system, not a simplified view
Replace manual and fragmented reporting with reliable, scalable data products
Own forecasting and demand modeling
Develop rolling forecasts across regions, clusters, and products
Identify early signals of shortages and imbalances
Turn uncertainty into quantified scenarios
Drive decision-making
Support decisions on data center expansion, resource allocation, and product constraints
Model trade-offs (e.g. resource ratios, allocation strategies, demand shifts)
Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, high-impact problems
Operate across ~a dozen regions, multiple clusters, and tens of thousands of GPUs
Influence decisions on infrastructure scaling, product allocation models, and business priorities
Become a key partner to engineering, product, and business teams
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields, ideally in high-scale or infrastructure-driven environments
Strong ownership: ability to independently drive problems from framing through analysis to actionable recommendations
Technical proficiency: solid SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling, and working with large datasets
Data product experience: hands-on experience building dashboards and data products (Grafana, DataLens, or similar BI tools)
Operational mindset: ability to work effectively in evolving, imperfect data environments with incomplete information
Decision-making under ambiguity: comfort operating in high-speed environments with shifting priorities and unclear inputs
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or capacity-related domains
Background in forecasting, time series analysis, or demand planning
Understanding of statistical methods and practical judgment on when to apply them
Experience in high-growth or startup environments
Proficiency in Russian is a plus

We’re looking for a Pricing Product Marketing Manager to join Fivetran’s Product + Portfolio Marketing team.

Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and HubSpot.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Integrations, the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. Every response captured can flow into a CRM, a marketing tool, a database, a chat, or a spreadsheet, wherever the next step happens. That layer needs to be deep, dependable, and easy to extend, at the scale of 500 million responses a year for 150,000 businesses across the long tail of tools they rely on. It has to be reliable, observable, secure, and able to scale as customer stacks become more sophisticated.
In this role, you will own Integrations end to end. You will evolve the platform while partnering with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer configured and agentic workflows.
Your work will define how Typeform plugs into the rest of the SaaS world for tens of thousands of customers, and how AI agents take action through it.
The Integrations team owns the layer that connects Typeform to the broader SaaS ecosystem: the connectors, auth flows, the action catalog, and the partner experience that makes it all work. Hundreds of millions of integration calls flow through this surface every year.
The team sits inside the Workflow Automations group alongside Automations, and works closely with Data Capture upstream, as well as with the Partnerships team and external partners across the long tail of tools customers rely on.

*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe. We move as one team, empowering our collective efforts by valuing each individual’s unique perspective. This fosters strong bonds grounded in respect, transparency, and trust. As an Implementation Specialist at Duetto, you'll be the person who makes sense of that complexity, translating client P&L structures into our benchmarking environment and ensuring every new customer is onboarded accurately and on time. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve.
