Solution Consultant – Enterprise Accounts

Job Description 

As a core Solution Consultant, you will join our presales team supporting some of our largest enterprise customers.  You will be responsible for all aspects of the technical sales process by working directly with customers and collaborating with sales, domain specialists, business value consultants, product managers, customer success, and partners. Fundamentally, a core understanding of FP&A or Financial Transformation, Supply Chain domain or Workforce planning will make you stand out to the Anaplan hiring team.

Your Responsibilities and Impact 

• Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales process for accounts in your territory. 

• Be the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI, data modelling and planning applications. 

• Lead discovery sessions that move beyond features and functions to uncover critical business needs. 

• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos that directly address customer pain points and showcase a clear vision for their future. 

• Execute proof-of-concept workshops that prove Anaplan's value in the customer’s own context. 

• Serve as the voice of the customer to our product management teams, ensuring your insights from the field shape the future of the Anaplan platform. 

• Coordinate and align specialist and product teams to help position multi-product solutions and mature complex opportunities to close. 

• Develop a multi-year technology vision and roadmap with your customers in cooperation with the Anaplan Customer Success team. 

Your Qualifications 

• Experience in a presales, FP&A or FCR, Supply Chain or Workforce Planning solution consulting, or business transformation role (SaaS/enterprise software preferred). 

• Know how to collaborate with account executives and own the technical sales process, including account strategy, discovery, demos, solution roadmaps and other technical validation steps. 

• Strong grasp of value-based selling and storytelling, not just showing features and functions. 

• Skilled with problem solving at the intersection of technology and business. 

• Proven ability to make complex ideas sound simple, clear, and persuasive with experience in public speaking. 

• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, Agentic frameworks, machine learning, and data integration. 

• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes and solutions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce, Sales Performance) preferred 

• Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is a strong asset 

• Prior industry experience with aligned accounts a plus 

Strategic Consulting Meets Expert Delivery: Lead Anaplan's Enterprise Implementations

Are you a seasoned consultant with a passion for seeing strategy through to flawless execution? We are looking for a Principal Solution Implementation Manager to lead Anaplan’s most complex and strategic customer engagements across the Middle East.

This role is a unique hybrid of high-end consulting and hands-on program leadership. You will be the senior-most delivery advisor for our most important enterprise accounts, acting as the bridge between the customer’s strategic vision and the technical reality of implementation.

You won’t just manage projects; you’ll serve as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through large-scale business transformation. Based in our Abu Dhabi office with hybrid flexibility, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of iconic brands by delivering sophisticated, high-impact planning solutions.

Your Impact

· Act as the lead strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise-level Anaplan deployments, translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions.

· Provide expert counsel to customer executives on governance, change management, project scoping, and long-term value realisation.

· Build and maintain C-suite relationships, operating as a trusted, non-sales partner focused entirely on the customer’s success.

· Orchestrate the end-to-end program, steering internal teams, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders toward delivery excellence.

· Command complex programs, mastering scope, risk, and budget to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

· Intervene and recover at-risk projects, applying your advisory and leadership skills to navigate challenges and bring deployments back on track.

Your Qualifications

· A background in management consulting, technology consulting, or a client-facing professional services role is essential.

· Multiple years of experience leading large-scale enterprise program delivery and execution, ideally from within a consultancy or a SaaS professional services organisation.

· ERP or EPM expertise in at least one of the following: Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Workforce Planning.

· Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor, with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills at the executive level.

· A track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year initiatives against tight timelines and budgets.

· A resilient, adaptable, and proactive mindset, with a passion for solving complex business problems.

· Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic
