iCapital’s Client Solutions EMEA team is seeking a Vice President to support and accelerate our international growth across the GCC markets. This individual will play a key commercial and strategic role in expanding iCapital’s footprint with wealth managers, private banks, independent financial advisors, and family offices.

As a member of the regional team, you will help shape the business development strategy, deepen existing client relationships, and drive new distribution partnerships. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of private markets, wealth management, and financial technology in a fast‑growing, global organization. This position is Abu Dhabi‑based.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Solutions EMEA team in executing the business development strategy for iCapital, covering Wealth Managers in the GCC region.
• Develop and manage a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective Wealth Manager clients.
• Execute Wealth Manager onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with related teams.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and articulate iCapital’s solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
• Provide constant feedback from the field on competitive landscape, investors’ appetite, trends and share with colleagues globally.
• Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Implementation Specialist group, Client Success, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the relationship manager and deliver an exceptional client experience for our Wealth Manager clients (i.e. banks, wealth managers, multi-family office and independent financial advisors).

 Candidate Profile 

• Solid academic credentials in relevant field.
• 7-10+ years of solid work experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a demonstrated track record in winning and interacting with clients.
• Experience as business development professional or similar role in the asset management industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of the wealth management landscape across the GCC is a must, if possible with an established network across private banks, wealth managers, independent financial advisors, and family offices.
• In-depth experience across Private Markets asset classes, combined with a strong grasp of the Wealth Manager distribution model, is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
• Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management.
• Language skills: Native in English and Arabic is a plus but not a must
• Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated quantitative researcher to join our Investment Management & Research group, focussing on MENA Equities. You will play a key role in researching, developing and operating our equities strategies in the region, partnering with portfolio managers, researchers, and technology to build and optimise the full strategy lifecycle – from research and back testing to live trading and risk management.

You will spend an initial period of approximately 6 months working in our London office before relocating to our office in Abu Dhabi.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify alpha-generating strategies in MENA equity markets
• Research and back test systematic trading signals
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, researchers and technologists to develop trading infrastructure and strategies
• Monitor, analyse and report on strategy performance

What we are looking for: 

• 3+ years of experience working in a systematic equity trading environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and programming, preferably using Python and key libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Exceptional understanding of signal research and portfolio construction
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a distributed and collaborative research environment.
