We’re seeking a Content Creator to identify, validate, and launch the next wave of features for our Medsien mobile app. This is a highly entrepreneurial, 0→1 role for someone who wants direct ownership of turning ideas and insight into real products in customers' phones and measurable performance. You will have the chance to experience and participate in the end-to-end new product lifecycle—from market and competitor analysis, product and brand strategy, advertising alignment, formulation, and material sourcing, through launch and early revenue validation.

As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and users. With our talented Product and Engineering teams, you will lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape the product processes from scratch. Collaborating closely with support, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure a seamless feedback loop, enabling continuous product improvements. You will have the opportunity to directly see the results of the features you have proposed, gaining invaluable insights into their specific use cases and challenges and integrating those in our product. This is an instrumental, cross-functional role that will be pivotal in our scaling efforts.

As a Content Creator, you will:

• Support the product roadmap from concept to launch,
• Transform ideas into compelling narratives across text, visual, and video formats.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop content aligned with marketing goals and content needs.
• Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to production.
• Analyze content performance and refine content and messaging based on insights and feedback.
• Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team,
• Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones,
• Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience,
• Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives,
• Research new interest areas of targeted users, propose new features and create relevant content,
• Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in copywriting, content creation, or storytelling-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement, pacing, and hooks.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of products and their various use cases.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Commercial mindset.
• Experience with B2C products and working with end users.
• Comfort operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment, with a bias toward documentation, clarity, and momentum.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Residence in Istanbul city center.

As a Back-End Developer, you'll work on new exciting projects with full autonomy. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about building new applications from the ground up and who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high quality services to their patients.

As a Back-End Developer, you will:

• Implement and document new software apps and components,
• Understand how code fits into broader technical and/or business contexts,
• Actively participate in code review and technical design reviews,
• Work on medium to large projects. Participate in all system/component implementation and design from development to production,
• Research new technologies and prototype new ideas,
• Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software,
• Work with the Operations team to troubleshoot and fix defects in software,
• Participate in building Scrum processes and agile culture within the company.
