About the Role

As a Implementation Team Lead (カスタマーサクセスエンジニア) at Keeper Security, your role will be to oversee and grow our APAC implementation team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful onboarding, deployment, and adoption of Keeper solutions by our customers across Japan and the broader APAC region.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in SaaS implementation or technical consulting, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience in SaaS deployment with security software experience preferred
• Systems engineering experience preferred
• Must be bilingual in Japanese with English proficiency for business purposes, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and integration with Identity Providers (IdPs) such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting and operational accounting for our Tokyo office. This person is essential to manage daily accounting activities, maintain compliance with local/US laws and regulations including SOX and statutory reporting, lead month-end/year-end close processes, handle J-tax retruns, as well as collaborate closely with the US Headquarters and other teams for multiple initiatives.

Education & Certifications:

Experience:

About the Role

As a Channel Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. About the Role

The APAC Human Resources Generalist will report to our Senior Director of Global Human Resources and play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role will be responsible for supporting the larger global people team and the organization by implementing and administering local APAC HR programs and policies. Responsibilities

Human Resources

About the Role

• Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of channel partners to include value added resellers, distributors, systems integrators and strategic software partners (primarily in the APAC region)
• Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams
• Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
• Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
• Identify partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental joint revenue achievement
• Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners
• Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel generated leads
• Plan and execute on Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the Strategic Partner group
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company

Requirements

• 5+ years of channel sales experience
• Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners
• Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
• Extremely motivated and goal-oriented
• Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional

• English language fluency preferred, not required
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
