Appier is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join our Advertising Cloud Optimization team, which leads the development of core machine learning algorithms driving campaign efficiency and advertiser ROI. Our programmatic advertising platform operates at a massive scale, handling over multi millions queries per second (QPS), all powered by our proprietary deep learning models for bidding, pricing, and personalized content delivery.

THE ROLE
The Field Solution Architect (FSA) is the regional business and technical leader for a specific workload, responsible for driving strategy, execution, and measurable business impact and growth for that workload across the assigned geo. Description
The Director, Store Publishing Operations and Commerce (SPOC) Tokyo supports the PlayStation Store Business from the commercial operation standpoint. This role is responsible for hosting a team of digital publishing professionals, payment, and fraud specialists, locally while collaborating with global teams and partners to deliver a high-quality digital commerce experience.
This individual will work closely with global leadership team, strategize execution plans that meet technical requirements, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and people management skills, a collaborative mindset and a direct approach to problem solving in a fast-paced digital environment.
Principle Duties / Responsibilities:
Host management for the SPOC team, helping people navigate Sony and HR and everything else behind the scenes.
Be able to represent that area as part of the D2C Tokyo Leadership team.
Help foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Partner with global leadership teams and local stakeholders to help execute organizational goals.
Represent SIE at partner events and foster strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading/mentoring team members or supervisory experience.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with peer teams and escalate to senior leaders when needed.
Bi-lingual in English and Japanese.
Excellent communication and people skills; able to adapt to diverse partners and stakeholders.
Familiarity with gaming industry publishing operations, payments, and fraud operations or e-commerce commercial operations in Japan or APAC region.
A strong understanding of the PlayStation® Store and business.
Public speaking experience.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (1–4 times per year).
Preferred Experience:
7+ years of related experience within the industry, including 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
High-energy, enthusiasm and a deep interest in and knowledge of video games.

The Auth0 Technical Account Manager Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical expert to join the Okta Japan TAM team. This role specialises in the Auth0 platform, which is an easy-to-implement, adaptable authentication and authorization platform for Consumer and SaaS applications. You will be working with a portfolio of well-known brands on their Auth0 implementations as an identity coach. The Account Executive at Okta is responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition and growth including management of the sales process for small to medium prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts.

The Team
You will be part of the APJ Regional Product Marketing (PMM) team, which is a key regional extension of the US-based corporate Product Marketing organization. Our mission is to bridge global strategy with the unique needs of our local markets.
This role acts as a strategic liaison, working closely with the APJ Go-to-Market (GTM) teams (including Marketing, Sales, and Partners) on one side, and serving as a vital link to the US PMM team, Product Management, and other headquarters-based organizations on the other.
Your core responsibilities will be to drive the success of our products in the APJ market. This includes defining messaging and positioning based on market and competitive intelligence, leading product launches, creating compelling content for customers and prospects, and delivering impactful sales enablement programs. - Deal Desk & Commercial Liaison: Act as the strategic bridge between the Sales organization and Global Deal Desk/Pricing teams—localizing incentive programs and quarterly SPIFFs for Japan, driving pricing and packaging rollouts, streamlining complex quoting workflows, and ensuring contract accuracy.
- Operational Optimization: Proactively diagnose bottlenecks within the regional sales cycle; design, justify, and deploy systematic process enhancements to accelerate velocity and scalability.
- Territory & Data Stewardship: Lead strategic review cadences (e.g., Territory Planning), manage regional account-to-territory alignment through ETM with rigorous SFDC data governance, and
enhance the accuracy and quality of CRM customer master data.

Requirement:

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals.
We work with structured sales methodology, like MEDDPICC to support high-quality deal execution. You’ll advance deals with evidence, protect pricing on value, and forecast with precision. We want to help you use modern tools to become a better seller and achieve great success.
