Agoda’s Technical Product Management (TPM) organization drives internal platforms and tools that enable thousands of engineers to build, ship, and operate world‑class products efficiently and reliably. Our TPMs bridge business, data, and technology—translating complex engineering and operational needs into scalable solutions that empower teams across the company.
The Production Deployments domain owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of production services at Agoda—from initial deployment through operating, scaling, day‑to‑day management, and eventual retirement. This work spans more than a thousand services in production and includes deployment orchestration, private cloud runtime environments, service controls, and cost‑aware resource management. The domain is central to Agoda’s Production Excellence, balancing developer autonomy with the guardrails required for reliability, security, and efficiency at scale.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Product Manager for Production Deployments, you define and evolve the platforms that govern how services are deployed, operated, scaled, and managed in production. You partner with platform engineers, SREs, and application teams to improve not only how software is released, but also how it consumes resources, manages risk, and operates cost‑effectively across its lifecycle.
This is a high‑impact role shaping how thousands of services run in production—enabling teams to move quickly while providing the visibility, controls, and standards required to operate reliably at scale.

The Opportunity:
As a Specialist - Oracle Fintech Data and Automation (FDA), you will be a key member of our team, using your 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage systems and processes controls that drive our Finance functions. You’ll take on the role of Compliance Owner for “Off The Shelf Systems (OTS),” working closely with IT, Product, Risk and Compliance, Auditors, and other departments. We’re looking for a results-oriented professional who can communicate effectively, manage projects, and collaborate across teams.
You will be expected to confidently express your ideas and perspectives to stakeholders and manage projects with minimal supervision. Being comfortable with ambiguity, organized, and possessing strong interpersonal skills will be essential to your success. Your ability to influence, communicate, and drive change will be critical in delivering value to the business.

The Financial Operations team manages all customer funds across the region, ensuring that funds are placed appropriately, liquidity is managed correctly, transactions are reconciled and all manual operations to support customer fund flows are executed to an extremely high standard.
As we expand across more countries, we have developed a global offering (“Global Accounts”) for our merchants, allowing them to move funds seamlessly across currencies and leverage any of Xendit’s global services from within one dashboard. This role will be the main owner of all regional fund flows, overseeing float management, liquidity forecasting, day to day operations, cross border and FX operations. The focus will be on the strategy and management of this, while execution will primarily be done by the existing operations team.

Skills / Experience / Qualification
Types of experience & skills that we are looking for:
• University education and degree (preferable business or IT related), and strong academic record
• Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a client facing position
• Experience working in the scrum environment
• Experience in requirements management and/or process modeling
• Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, e.g. RUP, Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfall
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems
• Ability to perform under pressure
