Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Security Assurance Lead to advance our security program into a proactive "validate and verify" model. Your mission is to ensure our defenses aren't just present, but effective. In this hands-on technical role will own and manage testing, validating and reporting on our security posture, through automated testing against our controls, and ensure our security stack is optimized, integrated, and fully utilized.

About the team

The KMS team sits at the very heart of Fireblocks’ platform and is a pivotal team in the company.

The team is responsible for the cryptographic backbone of the platform that secures customers’ most sensitive secrets. Every transaction signing flow. Every cosigner interaction. Every key generation ceremony. Every backup and recovery mechanism. If it touches a private key - it touches this team.

The team performs mission-critical engineering at high scale, working on systems where failure is not an option, security is existential, performance matters and correctness is everything. What You'll Do:

You’ll collaborate with backend engineers, infrastructure teams and security and cryptography researchers to ship production-grade highly secure digital signing systems, balancing cryptographic rigor, performance constraints, and distributed reliability in a domain where small mistakes have massive consequences. This includes:

• Architecting, designing and implementing distributed backend services responsible for key generation, storage and lifecycle management
• Developing high-assurance signing protocols and signing flows (utilizing MPC or external signing devices)
• Building easy to use, secure backup and disaster recovery mechanisms for cryptographic material

About the Role

Fireblocks is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help bring our brand to life through animation and video. This role sits within the Brand team and is responsible for defining how motion – across animation and live-action video – expresses the Fireblocks identity across marketing, web, events, and product experiences. Through motion, you will help connect our product, our story, and our technology into a cohesive and recognizable brand system.

You’ll play a key role in building a scalable motion language for Fireblocks, translating complex, infrastructure-level technology into clear and compelling motion graphics that feel distinctly Fireblocks. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with brand, product, marketing, and content to ensure motion unifies the entire Fireblocks ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Define and build Fireblocks’ brand motion system, including a scalable brand motion kit that brings our visual identity to life across touchpoints
• Design and produce motion assets for brand campaigns, product launches, web experiences, events, and social
• Create UI and product animations for web, including micro-interactions, transitions, and storytelling moments (experience with Lottie animations is required)
• Create product demo and instructional-style videos, simplifying complex workflows and features through motion graphics and clear visual storytelling
