We're looking for an AI & Automations Analyst to build the automation infrastructure that makes Bolt Food's Central Operations meaningfully more efficient across all 16+ markets in Europe and Africa.

You'll diagnose where the highest-effort manual work lives, build the automations to eliminate it, and use AI tooling to run analyses that would otherwise take days or not happen at all.

You'll work across all four Central Ops sub-teams - Courier Lifecycle, Courier Performance, Marketplace Operations, and Operational Excellence - as well as with local market teams, Product, and Data.

This is a builder + strategist + analyst + educator seat. The right person ships fast, thinks analytically, and is genuinely excited about using AI to change how an operations team works.

• Build and ship automations at scale. Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or similar — covering courier onboarding, compliance, performance monitoring, and reporting pipelines across all 16+ markets. Convert high-volume manual work into scalable, repeatable systems.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate and deepen analysis. Apply LLM-based tools and structured frameworks to operational questions that are too complex for manual approaches — bad order classification, multi-market variance analysis and insight extraction from unstructured data. You won't just build the pipe; you'll generate the insight.
• Define the AI & automation roadmap. You'll set the direction for how Central Ops adopts AI and automation, what we build, what we buy, what we train on and what we deprecate. This function doesn't exist today; you'll shape it. It involves auditing existing workflows, quantifying where manual effort is highest, and maintaining a structured pipeline of opportunities ranked by hours saved and business impact. Track realised savings and continuously identify new opportunities.
• Automate operational reporting. Replace manual data pulls with automated pipelines — weekly market performance packs, daily KPI scorecards with threshold-based alerting, and cross-market variance reports that surface outliers before leadership reviews.
• Build compliance and quality systems. Design rules-based automation for courier compliance (document expiry, automated reminders, threshold-based blocking) and performance management (rolling score engines, structured warning and suspension pipelines).
• Enable the team. Document all workflows clearly, deliver regular AI tooling training for central and local teams, and build with sustainability in mind. Your automations need to work when you're not watching them.

• You have 3–4+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, automation, or analytics where you were hands-on building workflows AND running analysis, ideally in a marketplace, logistics, or tech-forward environment.
• You have deep, hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. You've built and maintained complex, multi-step workflows in production, not just prototypes.
• You have strong working knowledge of AI and LLM tooling, with real examples of operational deployment: classification, extraction, summarisation, or anomaly detection. You understand what these tools are good at and where they break.
• You have strong SQL skills and analytical instincts, are comfortable sizing problems, measuring impact, and generating insights from large datasets. You don't just automate; you think about what the data is telling you.
• You have a builder's mindset. You default to shipping and iterating rather than waiting for perfect specs, and you're energised by turning messy manual processes into clean systems.
• You have strong communication skills — able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, write clear documentation, and train others across teams and time zones. Fluent in English.
• You enjoy bringing others along. You can sit with a teammate who's never used an AI tool before and leave them genuinely capable of using one, and you see this as core to the job, not a nice-to-have..

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in the Micromobility organization to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our pricing products. In this role, you will be responsible for how we price our fleet of light electric vehicles (e-scooters and e-bikes) to balance user demand with operational sustainability.

You will lead a cross-functional team to build the advanced tooling and automation needed to scale our pricing logic globally, while directly shaping the user app experience to ensure a seamless rider journey that achieves our business goals across hundreds of cities.

Our Micromobility vertical leads urban transport transformation with one of Europe's largest e-scooter and e-bike fleets. We offer a sustainable, affordable alternative to private cars, managing complex operational and marketplace challenges across varied regulatory and economic landscapes. Pricing is crucial, shaping rider behavior, fleet turnover, and making green mobility accessible.

You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

• Defining the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with domain(s) and/or vertical objectives and user needs.
• Designing experiments for deliverables (with your analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.
• Prioritisation of features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and data analysis.
• Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure product success and iterate on the product based on data insights.
• Leading and facilitating product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

• You have proven experience in product development or a related field, ideally within tech or mobility, and you’re comfortable building products in fast-paced, agile environments.
• You have excelled in previous Pricing roles (Operational, Strategy or Product) that require an understanding of pricing tradeoffs, price models and level optimization
• You have demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products in a similar domain.
• You have a strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) along with experience in utilising product management tools.
• Your strengths include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Your communication and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
